Attraverso uno sguardo sociologico, si vogliono introdurre gli studenti alla conoscenza dei processi organizzativi con particolare attenzione verso quelli in ambito sanitario. Verranno analizzati quindi le caratteristiche delle organizzazioni, i modelli, le dinamiche interne ed i rapporti con l’attuale contesto sociale.

Il corso vuole fornire agli studenti una sorta di “cassetta degli attrezzi” al fine di conoscere i fenomeni e i processi organizzativi. Inizialmente verrà introdotto il concetto di lavoro e le sue più recenti trasformazioni, quale contesto all’interno del quale si muovono le organizzazioni. In seguito, verranno approfonditi alcuni aspetti dei processi organizzativi quali ad esempio i rapporti gerarchici e di potere; il processo di socializzazione al lavoro (inserimento dei neo lavoratori anche di altra cultura); l’importanza dell’apprendimento nelle organizzazioni (learning organization).
