Learning outcomes

Il corso si propone di delineare il ruolo del Fisioterapista (Ft) che opera all’interno di un’équipe geriatrica, far comprendere allo studente le specificità del paziente anziano, far acquisire allo studente la capacità di osservazione e valutare il paziente anziano, far acquisire allo studente la capacità di programmare un intervento fisioterapico e di collaborare alla realizzazione di un “progetto riabilitativo” per il paziente in età geriatrica.

Program

Il ruolo del Fisioterapista nell’équipe geriatrica. Le caratteristiche del paziente anziano. La valutazione funzionale e cognitiva del paziente anziano. Il “programma fisioterapico” nel paziente anziano. Specificità del trattamento fisioterapico nel paziente anziano affetto da patologia neurologica, ortopedica, respiratoria e cardiovascolare. Le cadute. Possibili alternative alla contenzione.
