Didactic methods

The module is structured in theoretical frontal lessons (10 hours). The teaching material (slides of the lessons, exercises) is made available to the students in the e-learning web page of the course (Moodle platform).
The students in isolation and/or quarantine for COVID-19 are allowed the access to lessons via ZOOM (in synchronous mode), after sending the lecturer the form to self-certify their positivity.

Learning assessment procedures

The exam consists of four tests, one for each module, based on the didactic content of the whole teaching, to be passed compulsorily in the same exam session. In particular, the learning outcomes of the "Statistica inferenziale in ricerca clinica" module are assessed by a written test (duration: 1.5 hours) consisting of short answer questions and multiple choice questions. The aim of the test is to verify the knowledge of all the topics discussed and the ability to solve exercises.

Students with disabilities or specific learning disorders (SLD), who intend to request the adaptation of the exam, must follow the instructions given HERE

Evaluation criteria

The written test consists of linked questions related to solving exercises and understanding the theory. Each question is assigned a score. The grade of the test (expressed in thirtieths) is given by the sum of the scores obtained in the individual questions. The test is considered passed if the student gains a minimum grade of 18/30.
