Academic calendar
The academic calendar shows the deadlines and scheduled events that are relevant to students, teaching and technical-administrative staff of the University. Public holidays and University closures are also indicated. The academic year normally begins on 1 October each year and ends on 30 September of the following year.

Learning outcomes
The main objective of the course is to present the fundamental concepts of sociology, with a specif attention on the peculiar aspects of labour market, society and organization.
The first part of the course focuses on the knowledge of organizations and organisational behaviour, defining key concepts and coordination mechanisms.
The second part presents an in-depth look at the labour market and job entry into public and private healthcare companies (one of several forms in which organisations express themselves), also describing the recruitment strategies of health care companies and the transition paths to work of newly hired phisioteraphists.
The student, at the end of the course, will be able to understand and reflect in a systematic way on the nature and characteristics of the organizations, to independently assess the mechanisms of operation (structure, culture, power, environment) and will have specific notions to facilitate the transition from the university to labor market.

FIRST PART
- Introduction to Sociology
- Key concepts to describe labour markets and organizations;
SECOND PART
Transition to work and employment socialization: a first framing;
- How to search and find work: the many research channels, how you find work in Italy, the importance of personal relationships, search and find work via the internet.
Examination Methods
Written exam, with 5 closed questions (assessment: 3 points per correct answer) and 3 open questions (rating from 0 to 5 points per answer).
The way in which the examination scan aims to assess the actual achievement of the objectives of acquiring knowledge of the organizational phenomenon, both theoretical and applied, as well as the ability to understand the dynamics related to socialization Working.
