Learning outcomes

Apprendere gli ambiti d’intervento fisioterapico nella presa in carico del pz. Oncologico: setting dedicati, etica e storia della riabilitazione oncologica, complicanze comuni a tutti i tumori, complicanze loco-regionali (in specifico nel carcinoma mammario, nei tumori capo-collo, nei tumori ossei).

Program

Definizione del pz oncologico, conoscenza di alcune complicanze comuni: fatigue, dispnea, dolore.
Le scale di valutazione come riferimento per l’autonomia del pz e dei suoi disturbi più evidenti.
Le cure palliative e il lavoro del fisioterapista (ruolo dell’esercizio fisico).
Il carcinoma mammario: tipi di intervento chirurgico, complicanze di interesse fisioterapico, il trattamento fisioterapico in fase acuta e implicazioni fisico-psicologiche del linfedema.
I tumori capo-collo: tipi di intervento chirurgico, le complicanze funzionali di interesse fisioterapico (respiratorie, deglutitorie, muscolo-scheletriche, fonatorie). Le cannule tracheostomiche.
I tumori Ossei: l’intervento del fisioterapista nell’osteosarcoma e nel mieloma multiplo.
