Program
Rationale and application of robotic technologies in neurorehabilitation. Advanced systems for neurorehabilitation: robots for upper limb rehabilitation, robots for lower limb rehabilitation and gait training. Virtual reality in rehabilitation. Notions regarding the safe use of rehabilitative robotic technologies. Future developments of new technologies in rehabilitation.
Principal devices for instrumental motion analysis. Gold standard for clinical motion assessment. Methodological approach for Gait Analysis. Main biomechanical measures in the clinical-rehabilitative field: spatio-temporal parameters, kinematics, kinetics, forces and electromyography. Case studies and practical application.
