Program
The course is ideally divided into two parts. The first part, carried out in the two introductory lessons, aims to illustrate the relevance of organizational analysis for understanding the contemporary world and for analyzing the performance of work activities. Adopting a historical perspective, the classic theories that have most influenced the debate are presented: Scientific organization of work (Taylorism) and Weber's vision of bureaucracy. The second part, carried out in the remaining four lessons, presents the overcoming of the classic vision of organizations and provides the basic elements for observing and analyzing the cognitive dimension (frames of meaning), the organization as a cultural system, organizational learning, the organizational and professional change. Each lesson is organized with frontal presentations and a laboratory part of analysis of handouts.
