Learning outcomes

Il corso si propone di esercitare lo studente alla discussione degli aspetti critici nella esecuzione di protocolli di analisi molecolare; familiarizzare lo studente con le moderne tecniche di analisi genomica e le applicazioni in campo biomedico delle biotecnologie ricombinanti.




Program

Analisi del DNA mediante enzimi di restrizione e modificazione, polimerizzazione a catena, ibridazione con sonde molecolari; utilizzo di genoteche e cDNAteche, strategie di clonazione di geni ed analisi dell’espressione genica, utilizzo di banche dati e di sistemi di analisi per omologia di sequenze nucleotidiche ed aminoacidiche.
