Learning outcomes

The aim of the course is the understanding of human anatomy visualized through images of Radiological anatomy, basic concepts on the main "traumatic and non" orthopedic pathologies and the learning of radiological projections of imaging of the osteo-articular apparatus and in the odontostomatological field. RADIOGRAPHIC ANATOMY To provide the basis to understand human anatomy displayed through images of radiographic anatomy obtained by the use of various imaging techniques. LOCOMOTOR SYSTEM DISEASES The goal is to recognize the most important fractures and pathologies in Orthopaedics and traumatology DENTAL RADIOLOGY The course aims to provide the student with the knowledge about the equipment available in the dental and maxillofacial field and their clinical potential; technical indications will also be provided for the correct execution of the examination and multiple examples of clinical-radiological correlation. OSTEOARTICULAR RADIOGRAPHIC PROCEDURES The course aim to introduce the student on the main radiological techniques used to study the apparatus osteo-articular and provide the knowledge required in taking the exam protocols appropriate places to clinical questions. Furthermore it is proposed to raise it to the reflection on its work in order to obtain an optimal end result.
