Learning objectives

Students will learn the essential notions about criminal law and criminal procedure, in particular to work as a "Tecnico della Prevenzione" (a pecialist in environment and workplace Prevention) with the qualification of agent and officer of the judicial police. Students will learn about the sources of law and the fundamental principles of the Italian legal system.
