Learning objectives
The main objectives are: to analyze the theorectical models that may facilitate/influence the lifestyle, to define promotion and prevention interventions according to the scientific evidence, and to define the principles and criteria for defining communication and dissemination.

The final test will be an interview in which the students will have to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the contents of the programme. Students will be asked to use a technical and appropriate language for defining the concepts that are part of the programme, and to report specific examples of interventions implemented in the workplace according to the scientific literature.
