Learning objectives

The course aims to provide students with regulatory and technical knowledge concerning the requisites necessary for an environment to be used as a workplace. The aspects relating to the health, safety and ergonomics of workers will be studied in depth, referring to the production areas, the service areas and the peculiarities related to the type of work performed.

Analysis of Title II and Annex IV of D.Lgs. 81/08;
Definition of workplace and related requirements;
Underground or semi-underground rooms;
The new productive settlements;
Confined workplaces;
Defense from harmful agents;
Workplaces and disabled workers;
Analysis and study of practical cases.

Learning assessment procedures

Written exam in the form of questions with open answers. The questions are related to the topics covered in class in order to verify whether the students have read the recommended materials and acquired the concepts that the course has explained
