The academic calendar shows the deadlines and scheduled events that are relevant to students, teaching and technical-administrative staff of the University. The objective of the course is to equip students with the ability to engage in effective teamwork, a competence that is widely regarded as being of particular importance in a range of professional contexts, including educational, training, psychological, social and organisational settings.

The course is designed to enhance participants' capacity to
1. Operate effectively in a group setting, fostering a collaborative ambience within diverse professional contexts;
2. Employ methodologies and tools that facilitate teamwork;
3. Navigate a range of professional scenarios, discerning their distinctive characteristics;
4. Listen attentively and comprehend the perspectives of colleagues and interlocutors;
5. Value the contributions of all team members;
6. Adapt a communicative and behavioural style that is context-sensitive and responsive to the individuals with whom they interact.
In light of the aforementioned objectives, the course will examine, from both theoretical and methodological and operational perspectives, the psychological, relational, organisational and design aspects of teamwork.
In light of the aforementioned objectives, the course aims to provide students with the opportunity to gain familiarity with and experience the skills associated with collaborative and team-based work in various professional contexts, as well as in general work environments.
