Learning objectives

This part of the course aims to provide the students with some basic notions concerning the statistics, the dynamics and the main dimensions to be taken into account in the sociology of work, focusing the italian labour market adopting a cross-country comparative approach. Moreover, the students will have the oppurtunity to discuss the empirical materials provided by the teacher

-The three eras of organizational structures: vertical, horizontal, network model
-Organizational culture and collateral effects on safety

Correctness of test answers and evaluation of participation during the course
Signoretti:
The student should demonstrate an understanding of the theoretical notions and be able to expound them in appropriate technical language. He/she should be able to transfer the notions learned to proposed application cases
