Learning outcomes

Knowing the fundamental techniques applied for improving the motor performances through action imagination: the so-called “mental training”. Knowing the fundamental ways to apply mental training considering different populations: healthy people or people with neuro-motor pathologies (stroke, Parkinson, amputees). Knowing the fundamental procedure utilized for testing the ability to anticipate and to preprogram actions. The student will acquire knowledge about the main techniques used to analyze and improve the performance and its determinants through laboratory and field instruments. Based to this the student will plan and implement training models.

Examination Methods

Specifically, for the June/July 2020 exams they will follow these rules:
Write a synthesis of the paper named CurrentBiology2010Wolpert that you can find in the file named ArticoliPerEsame. Write the essay in the computer and then send it to my e-mail (paola.cesari@univr.it) within the day after the exam.
