I Regolamenti dei corsi di laurea e di laurea magistrale di scienze motorie prevedono che gli studenti possano completare il proprio piano didattico, frequentando oltre agli insegnamenti obbligatori anche delle attività formative a scelta, per approfondire alcuni aspetti tematici o settori di interesse, in coerenza con il proprio percorso formativo.

Le attività formative a scelta di ambito D sono indicate all’interno del piano didattico del corso di studio prescelto, mentre le attività formative di ambito F sono individuate da una apposita commissione di docenti. Queste ultime attività possono essere conferenze, seminari, webinar, altro e vengono acquisite con una valutazione e non con un voto in trentesimi.

Learning objectives

The course aims to provide students with essential interpretative elements to analyze and manage nonprofit organizations and, in detail, ETS (enti del terzo settore). Students will know the fundamental concepts of management and accounting for nonprofit organizations at the end of the course. Furthermore, students will be able to read and interpret institutional and financial documents of nonprofit organizations and analyze social reports and social impact reports.

Prerequisites and basic notions

The course is aimed at introducing students to basic notions of Business Economics, applied to the third sector and social enterprises; therefore, it requires no prerequisites.

b. NPOs in the juridical framework of “terzo settore”
c. NPOs and sport: responsibilities and opportunities
2. Founding a nonprofit organization for sport activities

a. the peculiarities of NPOs management
b. the notions of economic and financial equilibrium and social impact
c. models for risk management in NPOs and sport sector
4. NPOs information system
a. NPOs financial reporting
b. NPOs social reporting
5. Social impact evaluation
The program is the same for both attending and non-attending students

Didactic methods

The course adopts different didactical methods, and the Moodle platform supports it. Both attending and non-attending students can subscribe to the Moodle platform to participate in proposed activities.
With traditional lessons, the course adopts didactical strategies such as shared lessons, cooperative learning, case study, and other active dynamics aimed to allow the development of practical competencies and critical skills beyond knowledge.

Learning assessment procedures

The assessment of learning outcomes includes a written test (common for all) and an oral test (optional); the candidate can access the latter upon request if the written test is sufficient. The examination procedures are identical for attending and non-attending students.

Students with disabilities or specific learning disorders (SLD), who intend to request the adaptation of the exam, must follow the instructions given HERE

Evaluation criteria

The written test is aimed at ascertaining the knowledge of the topics in the program and the ability to apply logic schemes to the various business problems. The written test consists of open questions and multiple choice questions that deal with all the topics on the program. The oral exam consists of an interview that focuses on the entire program and is aimed at verifying:
• the depth and breadth of the knowledge gained;
• the property of language;
• the ability to connect knowledge in a systemic form;
• analytical and argumentative ability.

Criteria for the composition of the final grade

The vote is expressed out of thirty.
