Learning outcomes

Fornire allo studente le conoscenze sui principi ispiratori la progettazione delle cantine da un punto di vista architettonico, impiantistico e di layout. Come progettare il vino per il mercato ed il mercato per il vino; fornire allo studente la capacità di dialogare fattivamente con i progettisti (architetti, ingegneri, esperti di marketing) coinvolti nell’esecuzione di una azione di sviluppo aziendale; stimolare ed acquisire la capacità di valutazione di un prodotto non in termini assoluti ma in relazione al progetto enologico che sottende. Stimolare la capacità di progettazione di un vino date le condizioni di territorio e l'obiettivo prefissato
