Learning outcomes

Through the determination of a performance model of rugby, based on scientific evidences, the course has the aim of defining the essential characteristics of the rugby player. Therefore it intends to study the strategies and methods of developing these characteristics, identifying the most specific means of training and analyzing the design aspects of individual sessions and periodization cycles.

Examination Methods

Written test with multiple choice questionnaire and open questions. Individual interview after correcting the written exam.
