Learning outcomes

The course aims to introduce the student of sports and physical performance sciences to the legal rules that oversee sports activities in all their manifestations (recreational-sports, amateur, professional), through the analysis of the relevant legal institutions, both within the national, international, and state and European sports regulations. Particular attention is paid to mountain sports. The course alternates lectures and seminars with the participation of external guests. More specifically, the course program highlights the following topics: 1) the sport legal order; 2) sport responsibility; 3) the responsibility of the organizer of sport events; 4) the responsibility of the manager of sports facilities; 5) the responsibility of teachers and sports instructors; 6) the responsibility of the sports physician; 7) doping.

Program
