Learning outcomes
Nella pallacanestro moderna il ruolo del preparatore fisico è ormai consolidato non solo nelle esercitazioni spe cifiche in campo, ma anche nella programmazione del lavoro con i sovraccarichi, nella distribuzione annuale dei carichi di lavoro e nel lavoro individuale con i giocatori. Il preparatore deve anche essere elemento di con giunzione tra staff tecnico e medico. Il corso vuol fornire agli studenti gli elementi fondamentali della preparazione fisica specifica dando anche la possibilità di conseguire la tessera federale di preparatore fisico di base.
Program
In modern basketball the role of the physical trainer is now consolidated not only in the specific exercises in the field, but also in the planning of work with overloads, in the annual distribution of workloads and in individual work with players. The preparer must also be a junction element between technical and medical staff. The course aims to provide students with the basic elements of specific physical preparation while also giving the possibility of obtaining the federal card of basic physical trainer.
