Fornire gli elementi basilari per la selezione delle fonti di conoscenza. Descrizione delle metodologie e dei mezzi di allenamento. Descrizione dei test più utilizzati e validati. Descrizione della metodologia di controllo del carico di allenamento. La strutturazione di una seduta di allenamento e organizzazione dei suoi principali com ponenti. La prevenzione degli infortuni. Il corso ha lo scopo di fornire le basi teorico - pratiche per la gestione dell'allenamento nelle sue componenti.

1. Warm up (FIFA 11+, Prevention strategies)
2. Endurance training (Interval training, Small Sided Games)
3. Sprint Training (Acceleration and speed improvement, Repeated sprint ability)
4. Strength and agility training
5. Planning and running a training session
6. Functional Tests (Mognoni, Gacon 45-15, YoYo Intermittent Recovery, Intermittent Fitness 30-15, RSA, Sprint, Jumps)
7. Training Load monitoring
8. There will be a chance to participate in a professional team training session
