Learning outcomes
Know the epidemiology of adverse drug reactions and the main mechanisms of action
Program
Epidemiology of adverse drug reactions (ADR): incidence at territorial level, as a cause of hospitalization, during hospitalization. Incidence of ADRs in relation to risk factors such as age, sex, genetic polymorphisms, etc.
Adverse drug reaction mechanisms: side effects, toxic effects, immunological reactions, pharmacogenetic reactions.
