The main psychological reference is the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (2020). At the end of the lessons, the students will be able to demonstrate: (1) Knowledge and understanding of the basic contents of the last version of the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (2020), particularly for the process of writing an abstract. (2) Abilities to apply knowledge and understanding of the basic contents of the last version of the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (2020), particularly for the process of writing an abstract, also through cooperative learning activities based on each student’s research project. (3) Autonomy of judgment in terms of abilities to consult guidelines for writing scientific research and in particular abstracts relating to different disciplines. (4) Communicative abilities in terms of writing abilities for preparing and revising the draft of an abstract.
