KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING

ABILITY TO APPLY KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING
ability to analyze social and territorial determinants that can favor or hinder the effectiveness and efficiency of services.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES The laboratory is precisely oriented to treating, with particular attention to current events, the continuous changes involving social services. It is therefore proposed to address and deepen the emerging social problems both in the general social context and in the operational social-welfare and socio-health operational realities. The objective is to provide the knowledge and skills necessary for the interpretation and critical analysis of these problems, as well as to hypothesize and / or plan, also starting from the competences already in possession of the participants, intervention methods useful for dealing with and taking charge of such situations uncomfortable.

Prerequisites and basic notions

In addition to the requirements for enrollment in the course of study, no other requirements are necessary to access the laboratory contents.

Program

In the 2025/26 academic year, the laboratory will address the topic of organizational models for service planning and design, starting from Articles 55 and 56 of Legislative Decree 117/17 and Ministerial Decree 72/2021.

Didactic methods

The laboratory has a seminar format. The training sessions will be led by experts, researchers, and professionals who will be involved by the Laboratory's directors, Professors Giorgio Gosetti and Sandro Stanzani.

Learning assessment procedures

At the end of the workshop, participants will be required to produce a written paper of approximately 15,000 words, presenting a personal reworking of the content presented during the seminars.

Evaluation criteria

The ability to articulate and personally rework content will be valued.

Criteria for the composition of the final grade

The evaluation will be expressed in thirtieths, with a minimum score of 18/30 and a maximum of 30/30. o 18-23/30: Basic understanding of concepts, sufficient exposition, limited capacity for critical analysis. o 24-27/30: Good knowledge of the content, clear and coherent exposition, ability to connect theory and practice. o 28-30/30: Excellent mastery of theories, precise and articulated exposition, capacity for in-depth critical analysis and independent reflection.
