Academic calendar

Learning outcomes
Il corso si propone di sviluppare le capacità relazionali e educative dell’infermiere e le competenze per interagire in un gruppo di lavoro come professionisti appartenenti ad un’organizzazione sociale complessa, i cui obiettivi puntano sulla qualità e l’efficacia degli interventi.
Fornisce i principi teorici e le metodologie per sviluppare un modello professionale orientato a facilitare processi di apprendimento/cambiamento nel rapporto con i colleghi e con gli utenti.
Program
• Il ruolo degli infermieri come facilitatori di apprendimento/cambiamento nel rapporto con gli utenti.
• I fattori che influiscono sull’apprendimento e sulle modificazioni comportamentali e implicazioni per la pratica educativa di competenza infermieristica.
• I principi teorici che sono alla base della formazione degli adulti rispetto alle diverse fasi della vita, in base alle caratteristiche psicologiche, fisiche, culturali e sociali.
• Gli elementi chiave della progettazione educativa sul singolo e sulla comunità.
• Gli elementi essenziali degli strumenti di analisi dei bisogni e dei metodi educativi (osservazione, questionari ed interviste, metodi attivi centrati sul discente, individuali e di gruppo, gruppi di automutuoaiuto, counseling) e le loro condizioni di utilizzo.
• La valutazione critica delle informazioni scritte o offerte dai mass media in ambito di promozione della salute.
• Utilizzo critico dei materiali di supporto e sussidi per l’educazione alla salute.
