Academic calendar
The academic calendar shows the deadlines and scheduled events that are relevant to students, teaching and technical-administrative staff of the University. Public holidays and University closures are also indicated. The academic year normally begins on 1 October each year and ends on 30 September of the following year.

Learning outcomes
Il Corso Integrato si propone di offrire allo studente l'opportunità di approfondire l'approccio clinico chirurgico ed assistenziale- educativo ai seguenti problemi di salute, che sono stati selezionati in base alla loro rilevanza epidemiologica ed esemplarità ai fini assistenziali: persona con neoplasia della mammella, persona con problemi gastro- intestinali che richiedono trattamento chirurgico, persona con problemi bilio - epatici che richiedono trattamento chirurgico
Program
Rispetto alle situazioni cliniche di interesse chirurgico lo studente dovrà apprendere:
• la capacità di comprendere i segni e sintomi di una situazione patologica al fine di condurre un accertamento mirato, dedurre i problemi reali e potenziali del paziente e i criteri per monitorarli in base all’evoluzione postoperatoria;
• la capacità di utilizzare le principali scale di valutazione dei problemi e sintomi;
• la capacità di identificare le manifestazioni cliniche delle principali complicanze che possono comparire nella fase intra e postoperatoria ed i criteri di prevenzione;
• la capacità di applicare la metodologia del processo di nursing in casi dati, considerando la fase pre e post operatoria
• la capacità di identificare le prestazioni infermieristiche da assicurare al paziente nella fase perioperatoria e di recupero funzionale e di riabilitazione
• la capacità di pianificare e gestire un piano assistenziale con approccio globale che comprenda gli aspetti clinici, tecnici, educativi e relazionali, basato sulla presa in carico della persona dal day surgery, all’eventuale ospedalizzazione fino alla fase riabilitativa;
• la capacità di informare e offrire supporto durante il percorso chirurgico e di elaborare un programma educativo per gli utenti che devono proseguire il trattamento a livello domiciliare o continuare l’autogestione della malattia.
