Learning outcomes
Il corso si propone di approfondire aspetti fisiopatologici, clinici e assistenziali di alcune situazioni di urgenza/emergenza selezionate in base alla loro rilevanza epidemiologica ed esemplarità ai fini della pratica infermieristica. Rispetto alle situazioni cliniche scelte, gli studenti dovranno apprendere la capacità di rispondere ed agire in situazioni di criticità in vari contesti (territorio, domicilio, ospedale) che richiedono interventi tempestivi, complessi, coordinati e continuativi.
Il corso pone l’enfasi, soprattutto, sull’accertamento, sulla gestione dei problemi che mettono a rischio la vita della persona e che si presentano frequentemente in contesti di emergenza, sulla capacità di definire le priorità sia di accertamento che di intervento.
Program
-Il trasporto dell’O2 e l’insufficienza respiratoria acuta.
-Gli aspetti fisiopatologici e clinici dello shock, il trattamento dei principali tipi di shock.
-La sepsi e lo shock settico.
-Cause, segni, sintomi, caratteristiche fisiopatologiche e valutazione dello stato di coma.
-Il bilancio idroelettrolitico e l’insufficienza renale acuta.
-Le più frequenti intossicazioni acute.
-Il monitoraggio in terapia intensiva.
-La terapia farmacologica in area intensiva, in particolare le soluzioni infusionali.
-La terapia del dolore e i diversi tipi di anestesia.
