The academic calendar shows the deadlines and scheduled events that are relevant to students, teaching and technical-administrative staff of the University. Learning outcomes
Il corso si propone di far acquisire allo studente conoscenze di base di diritto sanitario, sociologia, economia sanitaria per operare in modo efficace sia in ambito pubblico che privato. Il corso si prefigge di introdurre lo studente alla comprensione della tipologia e della complessità organizzativa dei servizi sanitari e ad acquisire principi e criteri cui deve ispirarsi nell’esercizio del proprio ruolo professionale sia nei confronti dell’utente che degli altri operatori del settore.
Program
• Gli aspetti fondamentali del Diritto (le norme giuridiche, le fonti, gli organi costituzionali, la capacità giuridica e la capacità di agire).
• L’organizzazione sanitaria italiana a seguito dei vari processi di riforma.
• I diritti del cittadino utente e i principali strumenti di tutela (carta dei servizi sanitari, diritto di reclamo, tutela della privacy, trasparenza dell’azione amministrativa).
• Le forme di esercizio dell’azione infermieristica e le differenze tra rapporto di lavoro subordinato, autonomo, in associazione ed in società.
• I diritti-doveri del dipendente, inizio, modifica e cessazione del rapporto di lavoro, codice disciplinare, responsabilità e sistema di valutazione
