Learning outcomes
Il corso si propone di far acquisire allo studente conoscenze di base di diritto sanitario, sociologia, economia sanitaria per operare in modo efficace sia in ambito pubblico che privato. Il corso si prefigge di introdurre lo studente alla comprensione della tipologia e della complessità organizzativa dei servizi sanitari e ad acquisire principi e criteri cui deve ispirarsi nell’esercizio del proprio ruolo professionale sia nei confronti dell’utente che degli altri operatori del settore.
Program
Al termine del corso lo studente deve essere in grado di:
-Definire il concetto di organizzazione del lavoro infermieristico e i fattori che ne determinano la complessità.
-Confrontare i diversi modelli di organizzazione dell’assistenza (modello funzionale, team-nursing, primary-nursing, case-management).
-Riconoscere i ruoli delle diverse figure professionali con cui collabora l’infermiere e le modalità di integrazione (ruoli di coordinamento, riunioni, progetti).
-Identificare gli ambiti di responsabilità, di collaborazione e di supervisione nei confronti del personale di supporto e degli studenti tirocinanti.
-Descrivere i flussi informativi relativi al percorso dell’utente.
-Identificare requisiti, strumenti e indicatori di qualità della documentazione infermieristica.
-Riconoscere requisiti metodologici e applicabilità degli strumenti di supporto quali linee guida, protocolli e procedure.
-Individuare finalità, caratteristiche e condizioni di efficacia del gruppo di lavoro.
-Acquisire il metodo della pianificazione del lavoro e la sua applicazione in contesti ospedalieri e territoriali.
-Individuare le fasi di un progetto di valutazione e revisione della qualità dell’assistenza.
