Learning outcomes
Alla fine dell’insegnamento di Medicina del lavoro lo studente sarà in grado di analizzare i principali fattori di rischio presenti nei contesti lavorativi, con particolare approfondimento di quelli presenti nell’ambito sanitario, allo scopo di mettere in atto le adeguate misure di comportamento e di prevenzione.
L’insegnamento di Igiene si propone di sviluppare la comprensione dell’epidemiologia delle malattie infettive e cronico degenerative e di valutare il ruolo dell’ambiente e degli stili di vita sulla salute umana.
L’infermieristica preventiva e di comunità introduce lo studente alla metodologia del nursing di comunità; si propone, inoltre, di sviluppare conoscenze e metodi per l’esercizio di competenze educative nei confronti degli utenti e delle loro famiglie in contesti ospedalieri e territoriali.
Program
• I pericoli e i rischi: definizione e conoscenza delle relative tecniche di valutazione.
• Le vie di assorbimento dei tossici occupazionali e dare un significato al concetto di dose.
• Il concetto di limite di sicurezza negli ambienti di lavoro (TLV).
• Il significato delle norme protezionistiche e il ruolo dei lavoratori rispetto ai processi di prevenzione stabiliti dalle norme.
• Raccolta ed utilizzo delle informazioni scientifiche sulle situazioni di rischio occupazionale.
• Le possibilità di prevenzione relativamente ai più frequenti fattori di rischio:
a) prodotti chimici di uso comune;
b) movimentazione dei carichi;
c) turni di lavoro;
d) carcinogeni professionali;
e) gas anestetici e farmaci antiblastici;
f) allergeni professionali;
g) radiazioni non ionizzanti.
