Learning objectives

Environmental Education
The goal of the course is to give students the necessary knowledge to plan educational projects that promote environmental education, offering a new approach to reality that can lead to a personal well-being. The course intends to offer pedagogical key elements to develop a new approach to nature, through the enhancement of natural and territorial resources, even through a multiple branching: perceptive-sensorial, cognitive, emotional, aesthetical and ethical.

Health and Nutrition Education
The goal of the course is to give students the key elements of health education, in order to find and develop methods and techniques suited to remove the causes of illness and to improve health: the course will teach main information about a correct nutrition education and its related themes.

Prerequisites and basic notions

Environmental education: no specific prerequisites are necessary.

Criteria for the composition of the final grade

EXAM METHODS - ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION MODULE The exam, for those who have attended the lessons, consists of writing a quot diary of a day outdoors quot relating to educational trips. The diaries, in PDF format, will be delivered on a date to be agreed. The exam for everyone will consist of writing a written paper. The paper will focus on one or more questions assigned by the teacher, will be written in person within a maximum of two hours and is aimed at verifying the knowledge/skills learned through study, analysis and reflection on the texts indicated in the exam bibliography. EVALUATION CRITERIA: - quality of the reflections/arguments that have triggered a revision of one's cultural paradigm and one's noological horizon; - any deepening/expansion in the direction of personal research; - ability to relate the course in question to other experiences/knowledge gained in the university context and beyond; - level of problematization raised; - ability to bring out educational implications with respect to the personal and professional self; - expressive, communicative and grammatical correctness. The evaluation will be expressed in thirtieths and will be averaged with the Hygiene grade. The course coordinator will verbalize the final grade upon acceptance by the student.
