Type D and Type F activities

Laurea magistrale in Psicologia per la formazione - Enrollment from 2025/2026Per garantire questo fine, si invitano gli studenti a rispettare le seguenti indicazioni per il completamento di tale ambito:
- almeno un’attività formativa erogata come esame universitario (con relativo voto in trentesimi) selezionato tra le attività del proprio piano non seguite in precedenza o fra gli insegnamenti dei CdLM del Dipartimento di Scienze Umane;
- massimo 6 cfu relativi a competenze linguistiche (oltre a quelli previsti dal PdS);
- massimo 6 cfu relativi a competenze informatiche (oltre a quelli previsti dal PdS);
- massimo 4 cfu di tirocinio, (oltre a quelli previsti dal PdS);
- massimo 6 cfu di attività laboratoriale/esercitazioni (compresi quelli previsti nei PdS per l’ambito) di regola viene riconosciuto 1 cfu ogni 25 ore di attività;
- massimo 6 cfu di attività seminariale/convegni/cicli di incontri/formative in genere (sia accreditata dal Dipartimento di Scienze Umane che extrauniversitaria) – di regola viene riconosciuto 1 cfu ogni 8 ore di partecipazione e/o 2 giornate salvo diversamente deliberato;
- non vengono valutate attività svolte in Erasmus non inserite nei Learning Agreement.

Learning outcomes
The course aims to provide a set of knowledge and skills that relate to the issues concerning people at work in organizational contexts from a pedagogical perspective. Supporting the development of employees’ personal and professional identity can be perceived an important function of the organization, to ensure learning and development for the company. From this perspective, the course aims to enable participants to understand the dynamics of labor relations from a perspective that returns centrality to people. By the end of the course students will be able to: - understand the dynamics of relationships at work focusing on a human-centered approach; - identify the features of humanistic organization practices; - give a pedagogical interpretation of dynamics and contexts at work; - promote education and learning in organizational contexts; - promote organizational development in a participative way, and starting from workers’ promotion.

Andragogy: fundamental principles of learning in the adult age: the need to know, the concept of self, and the previous experiences of the learner. The inclination, tendency and the motivation to learn.
Self-direct learning, tools and strategies to promote self-directed learning in adults.

Conflict resolution within organizations
Negotiation techniques to apply the win-win approach
The didactic style of the class will alternate teaching of new content and methodological schemes of references with some real-life experiences narrated by managers, business owners, consultants, and others.
Practical exercises will help the students to work in groups and to analyze problems and finding solutions. There will be requested the production of project work applied to a service organization.

Examination Methods
In order to grade the students, an oral exam will be used in order to asses the content presented in the textbooks and the class lectures.
In order to grade the skills acquired during the course, the students are required to present a project work developed during the class.
The final grade will be con given with the following proportions of the final grade:
The oral exam will count up to a maximum of 15 out of 30
The project work will count up to a maximum of 15 out of 30
The exam will be the same for the students who attend the classes or who cannot attend the classes. The students who cannot attend the classes are asked kindly to contact the instructor in order to agree on the topic of the project work.
