CONTAMINATION LAB
The Contamination Lab Verona (CLab Verona) is an experiential course with modules on innovation and enterprise culture that offers the opportunity to work in teams with students from all areas to solve challenges set by companies and organisations.
Upon completion of a CLab, students will be entitled to receive 6 CFU (D- or F-type credits).

PLEASE NOTE: In order to be admitted to any teaching activities, including those of your choice, you must be enrolled in the academic year in which the activities in question are offered. Students who are about to graduate in the December and April sessions are therefore advised NOT to undertake extracurricular activities in the new academic year in which they are not enrolled, as these graduation sessions are valid for students enrolled in the previous academic year. Therefore, students who undertake an activity in an academic year in which they are not enrolled will not be granted CFU credits.

Learning objectives
GENERAL LEARNING OBJECTIVES. *To know and understand the processes concerning training and education according to the perspective of disciplines such as philosophy, sociology, law, geography, and anthropology. *To apply ethics-philosophy, sociology, law, geography, and anthropology knowledge to observe and understand diversity and migratory phenomena in order to favour and support processes of social and cultural inclusion.
SPECIFIC LEARNING OBJECTIVES. *To understand the logical categories of work, developing the ability to use correct and adequate language. *To acquire the skills to proceed with the correct application of the law in the various employment contexts which include the management of training and hardship in the context of the market and the relationship of work, health and safety up to the crisis of company.
Prerequisites and basic notions
There are no prerequisites.
Program
The labour law course aims at analysing labour law in a broad sense, trade unions law included, comparing public sector and private sector rules. Particular attention is paid to the legalregulation of the individual employment contract and to the relationships between labour law and the market as well as to the so called“administration” of the labour relationship.

Didactic methods
Teaching modalities are different depending on whether students are attending or not.
As for attending students, teaching modalities include: i) classroom-taught lessons, aimed at providing basic notions, theoretical categories and the relevant regulatory framework; ii) workshops, aimed at analysing the practical issues arising in the implementation of the theoretical system, with the support of case-law references. Specific files will be uploaded on the e-learning platform.
Students will be provided with a detailed calendar of the lessons, with their specific dates and contents.
Non-attending students will be provided with the support of an up-dated text-book. The content of this text-book is consistent with the topics analysed and discussed in the classroom lessons. Students can also get access to the additional materials available on the e-learning platform.

Criteria for the composition of the final grade
The final mark is expressedin thirtieth.
