Learning objectives

1) Know and understand the theories related to learning and training of individuals in the life cycle. 2) Know and understand the pedagogical theories that support the processes and techniques of learning, training and development of individuals and of different working communities in relation also to the necessary processes of social and cultural inclusion. 3) Apply pedagogical methodologies and techniques to the analysis of learning processes to professional training and to the development of practical communities 4) To choose and apply methodologies and teaching strategies to diversify, functional to complex training contexts and characterized by emerging personal and social needs SPECIFIC TRAINING OBJECTIVES 1. Know the main stages of development of online training; 2. develop teaching strategies for training within online learning environments; 3. analyze knowledge management and e-learning systems in business contexts; 4. experiment with organizing an online learning event, even using mobile devices.

BIBLIOGRAPHY: In addition to the specified books, some scientific essays will be defined during the lessons. A supplementary bibliography to assist candidates for exam preparation can be downloaded from the course website (https://moodledidattica.univr.it/).

Didactic methods

The course will alternate between traditional lectures, active learning sessions, individual or collaborative lab exercises with technologies, and innovative teaching methods using emerging technologies to guide students in critical reflection and practices.

Learning assessment procedures

The assessment will consist of a semi-structured written test on the course contents and the materials available on the Moodle platform. The written test will include a series of specific questions that will require the candidates to independently formulate their answers, while adhering to the prescriptive constraints present in the questions. Some questions will focus on "knowledge," while others will assess the candidate's ability to apply knowledge in a practical and design context (area of "skills"). Duration of the test: one hour and thirty minutes.

Students with disabilities or specific learning disorders (SLD), who intend to request the adaptation of the exam, must follow the instructions given HERE
