Program
The course aims to deal with the links between practice-learning-transformation from a pedagogical point of view. During the course we will explore, from the point of view of theoretical and empirical research, the processes that allow individuals, groups and communities - in formal, informal and non-formal contexts - to learn, change and transform the contexts of life and work by focusing on the practices. Employing the construct “community of practice” in relation to different theories of transformative learning, we will explore models of training-research, cooperative training and participatory training. The course is divided into two complementary modules designed as an integrated whole. During the course we will cover the following thematic cores: - organizations as constellations of "communities of practice" and related learning theories - the social theory of learning: community, social practice, meaning, identity - transformative learning theories - training-research, cooperative training and training - training as a material and symbolic composition - works, work, training: the devices of craftsmanship and laboratory work - training and self-training in a convivial perspective - generating community: bonds social and practical context - the new practices of citizenship.
