CONTAMINATION LAB
The Contamination Lab Verona (CLab Verona) is an experiential course with modules on innovation and enterprise culture that offers the opportunity to work in teams with students from all areas to solve challenges set by companies and organisations.
Upon completion of a CLab, students will be entitled to receive 6 CFU (D- or F-type credits).

PLEASE NOTE: In order to be admitted to any teaching activities, including those of your choice, you must be enrolled in the academic year in which the activities in question are offered. Students who are about to graduate in the December and April sessions are therefore advised NOT to undertake extracurricular activities in the new academic year in which they are not enrolled, as these graduation sessions are valid for students enrolled in the previous academic year. Therefore, students who undertake an activity in an academic year in which they are not enrolled will not be granted CFU credits.

Learning objectives
In recent years creativity and insight are considered as two essential conditions for promoting original and innovative solutions and used as synonyms, even though they are not. The laboratory therefore aims to provide students with useful information in order to know and understand the similarities and differences between the two constructs.
Prerequisites and basic notions
No basic prerequisites are required
Program
Very often creativity and insight are considered as two interchangeable constructs, indicating the same process. Are they actually synonyms? Do they underlie the same cognitive processes? The laboratory intends to offer students a general overview of the constructs of creativity and insight by highlighting similarities, differences and their relationships with convergent and divergent thinking processes. In particular, through the presentation of experimental bibliography, the laboratory intends to deal with the following topics:
- definition of insight and creativity;
- insight problems and creativity tests;
- convergent thinking and divergent thinking;
- the relationships between convergent thinking, divergent thinking, insight problems and creativity tests.

Learning assessment procedures
The exam will consist of an oral test in which the acquired knowledge will be verified.

The use of an appropriate vocabulary and the ability to present the contents in a critical and reflective way will be the elements evaluated
