Learning objectives

The course aims to provide the conceptual, methodological and cultural bases that are necessary to understand the labour law (the norms, the impact, the interpretation) as part of a course of study designed in the area of Human Sciences. The course aims to understand the logical categories of work, developing the ability to use correct and adequate language; in addition, it is aimed at making the student acquire the skills to proceed with the correct application of the law in the various employment contexts which include the management of training and hardship in the context of the market and the relationship of work, health and safety up to the crisis of company.
