Academic calendar
The academic calendar shows the deadlines and scheduled events that are relevant to students, teaching and technical-administrative staff of the University. Public holidays and University closures are also indicated. The academic year normally begins on 1 October each year and ends on 30 September of the following year.

Learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student should: - have a basic knowledge of the fundamentals of socio-cultural anthropology in the various fields of kinship, visions of the world, power relationships, economics, social inequalities and the modern globalized world in order to comparatively understand human variation from a social and cultural viewpoint; - have a knowledge of the most widespread social and cultural inequality construction processes in order to understand the main forms of racism in the contemporary world At the end of the course, the student should be able: - to promote cultural decentralization and to use anthropological knowledge to intervene in marginality situations and integration difficulties; - to plan, create and evaluate in an anti-racist perspective of social inclusion and intercultural dialogue.
Program
The course mainly deals with:
- the conceptual methods and tools of socio-cultural anthropology (especially the concepts of culture and society);
- the fundamentals of anthropology of the organizations with a special focus on the way how (in the light of different cosmologies) individuals and organizations give meaning and respond to the processes of social change in contemporary contexts;
- the cultural dynamics that are activated in the intertwining of local logics and global processes giving life to new organizational and institutional forms.

Examination Methods
Learning levels will be assessed by a written examination concerning both general and specific issues.
The student must demonstrate:
- to have understood the important elements of the discipline's main theoretical arguments
- to be able to express his/her own reasoning in a precise manner and in a limited amount of time
- to be able to critically analyze and connect elements of anthropology of organizations

Stage e Tirocini
Le attività che ci si aspetta il/la tirocinante curriculare in Scienze psicologiche per la formazione svolga presso gli enti che lo/la ospitano riguardano principalmente attività di affiancamento nei seguenti ambiti:- Formazione, sviluppo, innovazione e gestione delle risorse umane;
- Orientamento scolastico e professionale;
- Ricerca, selezione e valutazione psicologica del personale.
Lo/la studente/essa sarà seguito/a da un tutor accademico e da un tutor aziendale. Alle attività di tirocinio sono attribuiti 9 CFU (pari a 225 ore).
Il tutor aziendale deve essere un laureato in psicologia anche non iscritto all’albo.
