Learning objectives

ECONOMIC SOCIOLOGY AND SOCIOLOGY OF WORK AND ORGANIZATIONS (SOCIOLOGIA DELLE ORGANIZZAZIONI): Objectives of the course are to develop knowledge regarding the constituent elements of complex organizations belonging to the health services area; knowledge of the main methods and tools of organizational analysis that allow to read the organization in its internal processes and relations with the context of reference; ability to contextualize the use of tools within organizational dynamics, with particular reference to those that characterize network organizational models; ability to identify the determining factors of organizational design.
WORK AND ORGANIZATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY (PSICOLOGIA DEL LAVORO): The course will deepen the concept of decision-making process (problem-finding, problem-setting, problem-solving e decision-making), looking at the cognitive, emotional and behavioral perspective of it and following the path individual-group-organization. INNOVATIVE WALFARE AND ORGANIZATIONAL MODELS (MODELLI ASSISTENZIALI E ORGANIZZATIVI INNOVATIVI, MODELLI ORGANIZZATIVI IN AMBITO MATERNO-INFANTILE): The student at the end of the course will be able to: contribute to the development of new methods and models of organization of services and organizational processes; recognize the complexity of the organizational-welfare changes and the strategies in order to favor them; to analyze the stages of a plan of reorganization of the welfare models of hospital and territorial units. ORGANISATIONAL MODELS IN MATERNAL AND CHILD SETTING OF CARE: introduce them to the scenarios of maternal and child setting of care, including the clinical, organizational and planning dynamics of pathways and organizational models. in particular the birth pathway, as a preparatory path to project work

Applied and integrated knowledge by connecting to the contents learned in the three-year degree in the module of organization of care processes

Criteria for the composition of the final grade

The exam consists of an oral test. The candidate will be asked 1. knowledge questions, for example: - Description of traditional organizational models and their characteristics. - Explanation of the main trends and challenges in the field of innovative organizational models; 2. Analytical ability such as: - Critical analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of traditional organizational models compared to innovative ones. - Evaluation of the implications of innovative organizational models on productivity, employee motivation and customer satisfaction. - Identification of the challenges and opportunities that companies can face in the implementation of innovative organizational models. 3. Creativity and originality, p. e.g.: - Proposal of new ideas or variations of existing innovative organizational models. - Ability to think "out of the box" and suggest unconventional approaches to business management and organization. - Presentation of original examples of how innovative organizational models can be applied to different sectors or contexts. 4. Communication skills, e.g.: - Clarity and coherence in the exposition of ideas and arguments. - Use of technical terms in an appropriate and understandable way. - Ability to respond comprehensively and persuasively to the teacher's questions. 5. Structure and organization, e.g.: - Coherence and logic in the structure of the presentation. - Proper time management to cover all the important aspects of the topic. The exam is considered to have been passed when the student demonstrates that he/she has learned the applied and integrated contents and is able to apply them in the various contexts and roles relevant to the qualification acquired. The test is considered passed with a minimum of 18/30ths. Honors are expected if the student demonstrates the ability to argue in an integrated, structured and complete manner.
