Program
The program of the Teaching and tutorial methodologies module includes the presentation and discussion of the following topics: - Tutorship in training and professional development: the different forms of learning and roles of trainers; - Adult learning: learning from experience and the role of reflection, declinations and differences between tutors, mentors, coaches; - Tutorial methods: asking good questions and self-questioning, Socratic technique, Bloom's taxonomy; Giving and receiving constructive feedback; Manage group briefings - purpose and management technique; Manage group debriefings - purposes, phases and management technique; Debriefing plus delta technique; Techniques of a coaching interview - Learning Contracts and self directed learning, the professional's portfolio; - Supervision, forms of consultancy and coaching; the briefing and debriefing technique (plus delta); - Skills, advanced skills and professional development; skills mapping; - The induction process of the new employee - The evaluation of personnel in healthcare organizations

Didactic methods
Different teaching methodologies will be used - short lessons with independent reading of materials provided by the teacher - individual or small group exercises with collaborative study - videos - analysis of situations and experiences - testimonials from experts
Learning assessment procedures
Final oral test of approximately 15-20 minutes based on the guide that will be provided throughout the course; the exam will include specific questions, some theoretical and others applicative on the teaching programme. The evaluation criteria for the final test will be the following: ● Mastery of the concepts and themes covered during the lessons ● Language skills ● Clarity of presentation ● Ability to transfer theoretical-conceptual knowledge to practical situations adapted to nursing contexts
Evaluation criteria
70% of the score for conceptual and expository clarity 30% for ability to transfer to practice. To pass the oral exam you must reach the passing level corresponding to 18/30m
