Learning outcomes

Da sich das Umfeld und die Anforderungen der Stakeholder kontinuierlich und immer schneller ändern, müssen sich die Organisationen dementsprechend anpassen, um ihre Unternehmensaufgabe weiterhin wirksam, effizient und wirtschaftlich erfüllen zu können.
Um Veränderungen in die Organisation erfolgreich einführen und konsolidieren zu können, ist es daher wesentlich ein Grundverständnis der Organisationstheorie, des Prozessmanagements sowie des Projektmanagements zu vermitteln.
Ziel des Kurses ist es, die Grundelemente bzw. die Bausteine einer Organisation und von Prozessen zu vermitteln, um diese bewusst beeinflussen zu können.
