Learning objectives
The teaching aims to provide teaching skills to enhance students' teaching capabilities in the context of nursing and midwifery advanced and basic training through the examination of learning by experience theories, reflective and transformative thinking, tutorial methodologies and the communication abilities functional to the development of an educational relationship. LEARNING BY EXPERIENCE MODELS (MODULO MODELLI DI APPRENDIMENTO DALL'ESPERIENZA): Learning outcomes: to deepen the knowledge regarding the concept of learning from a psycho-pedagogic perspective. The students will acquire knowledge regarding the main theoretic frameworks and the operational aspects of learning in professional contexts. They will acquire tools and skills propedeutic to the reflective learning process. They will interiorize the key concept of learning. CLINICAL AND GROUP PSYCHOLOGY(MODULO PSICOLOGIA CLINICA E DEI GRUPPI): Learning outcomes: to acquire the scientific fundaments and the communication skills necessary to create a collaborative relationship with the patient and his/her family. To acquire understanding of group dinamycs and conflict management. TEACHING AND TUTORIAL METHODOLOGIES: Learning outcomes: to provide the students with theoretical fundaments and main tools and methods necessary to promote and value learning by experience, considered the cornerstone for the development of professional skills in basic and advanced health training.

Criteria for the composition of the final grade
The final grade originates from the weighted average of the grades received in the individual modules. It is necessary to have reached a sufficient level (18/30) in all modules.
