Learning objectives
The teaching aims to develop the necessary design and planning skills to successfully create and conduct training events for professional development in healthcare settings; to develop the necessary skills to create and promote organizational changes aimed at the introduction of innovations in working processes and which may impact professional behaviours. PLANNING AND EVALUATION OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROCESSES: Learning outcomes: to be able to plan staff allocation in healthcare settings, to analyse and introduce strategies aimed at the development of professional skills both specific and cross sectional; to deepen the knowledge regarding methods and process of evaluation of healthcare staff and regarding goal-setting systems and reward systems. TRAINING DESIGN AND PLANNING IN HEALTHCARE SETTINGS: Learning outcomes: to focus the attention on the learning process, in order to enable students to interiorize theories and methods of basic, advanced and continuous training in the context of nursing and midwifery. TOOLS FOR PLANNING ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES: Learning outcomes: to deepen the knowledge regarding the impact of processes of change, taking into consideration the subjective variables that these processes may entail. To increase awareness regarding agents of change and their promotion into complex settings and contexts of care and regarding the roles that communication and relations may have in promoting these processes of change. To provide the students with the tools and interaction modalities proper of the coaching method. PEDAGOGY APPLIED TO HEALTHCARE: Learning outcomes: to analyse the dynamics typical of continuous learning and organizational processes. To develop the skills necessary to successfully conduct focus groups and simulated sessions through role playing.
