Duration

The course has a total duration of years: 1 and will be held in the period from January 9, 2023 to December 31, 2023.

Lecture timetable

Once a month

When and where

Start: January 2023.
This is an e-learning-based master's degree. Optional in-presence internship foreseen for the preparation of the final thesis. Location: University of Verona, Diagnostics and Public Health Department.

Study mode

All courses will be delivered at a distance, with the option of on-site attendance for the final dissertation, if experimental in nature. The e-Learning resources of the University, based on Moodle, will be used. Access will be free from the date on which the content is made available. In itinere evaluation tests and feed-back procedures are foreseen.
 

Internships

A limited number of participants will be offered the possibility of a one-month theoretical-practical internship at the University of Verona, Department of Diagnostics and Public Health, Section of Forensic Medicine, on the topics of forensic toxicological analysis, forensic genetics and forensic pathology, to be considered as an experimental part of the final dissertation.
 

Project work, interim tests, and graduation

Students will be assessed on the basis of regular presentations of their work. A formal written examination and a final dissertation are also included.
