Learning outcomes
The training activity includes videotaped lessons aimed at providing basic knowledge and skills to be used daily in the world of work. In particular, it intends to offer knowledge to relate effectively via email and on the web, write a business letter and use the most widely used electronic writing and presentation tools in the business environment. Furthermore, it allows you to acquire skills to effectively compose written texts, even via the web, adequately select the terms to relate to others in writing and compose suitable electronic presentations, learning to avoid the most commonly committed mistakes. At the end of the lessons, students will therefore be able to possess theoretical and practical skills in business netiquette, business writing and business electronic presentation.
Program
Business netiquette: the rules of email conversation, style and content
Business writing: practical tips and mistakes to avoid when writing a business letter
Business electronic presentation: design tips to create effective slides and infographics
Period:
The lessons will be available online via video recording on Panopto in the period mid-November - mid-December 2020.
Examination Methods
The assessment will take place through a written test with multiple choice questions. The test will be administered in the week of December 21 through the Moodle platform.
