There are also some testimonies and guided exercises for the deepening of good practices in the management of Web and Social Network tools for training and teaching purposes. The course teaching material is available and can be consulted asynchronously in the online environment dedicated to teaching on the University Moodle platform.
Learning assessment procedures
The exam (for attending and non-attending students) is divided into three steps:
STEP 1: WRITTEN TEST (MANDATORY) Compulsory written test to check the knowledge relating to the contents of parts 1 and 2 of the program (1. Computer and multimedia, 2 . IT technologies and human resources development). In particular, the administration of a digital questionnaire consisting of items (questions) of different types (multiple choice, completion, correspondence, concept map) is foreseen. Duration of the test: 60 minutes.
STEP 2: ORAL TEST (MANDATORY) Compulsory oral exam for verification of knowledge relating to the contents of part 3 of the program (3. The new digital intelligence). Access to the test is subject to passing the written exam (Step 1). Duration of the test: about 10 minutes.
STEP 3: The student can only choose one of two options:
- STEP 3 (A): TEST (OPTIONAL) PRACTICE Design, production and delivery of a short digital video on a topic agreed with the teacher. Access to the test is subject to passing the written exam (Step 1) and the oral exam (Step 2).
- STEP 3 (B): (OPTIONAL) ORAL TEST Optional oral exam to check knowledge related to Presentation Design or application of AI to HR management. Access to the test is subject to passing the written exam (Step 1) and the oral exam (Step 2).

The various types of questions correspond to the different levels of complexity of the contents (levels 1 and 2 of Bloom's Taxonomy). Maximum score = 15 points. Minimum exceeding threshold = 9/15.
Step 2 - Oral exam The outline of the oral exam reflects the logical architecture of the didactic objectives relating to part of the 3 program. The open questions correspond to the different levels of complexity of the contents (levels 1 and 2 of Bloom's Taxonomy). Maximum score = 15 points. Minimum exceeding threshold = 9/15.
Step 3 (A) - Practical test (optional) The evaluation of the practical test is divided into three dimensions: technical quality of the video, consistency of the contents, quality of the audio track. Maximum score = 6 points. There is no minimum threshold for exceeding.
Step 3 (B) - Oral exam (optional) The outline of the oral exam reflects the logical architecture of the didactic objectives of the reference manual. The open questions correspond to the different levels of complexity of the contents (levels 1 and 2 of Bloom's Taxonomy). Maximum score = 6 points. There is no minimum threshold for exceeding.
Criteria for the composition of the final grade
The final grade is calculated out of thirty and is equivalent to the sum of the scores obtained in the two compulsory tests and in the practical test (optional). Points exceeding the maximum value (30) will automatically be converted into "honors". Minimum passing threshold = 18/30.
