Academic calendar
The academic calendar shows the deadlines and scheduled events that are relevant to students, teaching and technical-administrative staff of the University. Public holidays and University closures are also indicated. The academic year normally begins on 1 October each year and ends on 30 September of the following year.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course in “Work and Organizational Psychology and Advertising Communication” is the implementation of understanding and managing the processes of organizational internal and external communication.
Particularly, the first part of the course concern the knowledge of Work and Organizational Psychology both in theoretical and applied issues, with a special focus on interpersonal and role dynamics in the work contexts.
The second part of the course deals with the consumer psychology in the post-modern society. The aim is to promote theoretical and applied skills of advertising communication, focusing on marketing and mass communication competencies.
Program
Precondition: knowledge in Social Psychology and Work and Organizational Psychology
Course Content:
The first part of the course (first semester: Work and Organizational Psychology) include the following topics: Organizational Climate and Cultures, Power and Leadership, Changing and Conflict Dynamics, Interpersonal Communication Processes in work contexts.
The second part of the course (second semester: Advertising Communication) include the following topics: Advertising in Economical and Social Sciences, Influences Processes, Consumer Psychology, and others specific issues.
