Living motivated implies living with conscious control and responsibility of the subjectivity from both the emotional and cognitive to complete the meaning of themselves, beyond the planned and imposed biology education.
The motivation, with the emotion and thought, compose the key trilogy of human been; motivation on one hand controls and refines the raw and heavier energy of the vital dimension of selfishness "just for me" and on the other side it force in search of the true projectual meaning of its "I can be".
The "just for me" and "I can be" are the two poles that dimensions the research of the planning in the human existence. This course wants to stimulate the reflection, the conscious practice.
