Learning outcomes

The course covers the investigation of main issues relating to the protection against the public administration, with special reference to the administrative judicial protection.
Will be studied then, in addition to the assumptions and reasons of the system of administrative justice, the structure and operation of several institutions of the administrative trial.
A special attention will be reserved to the issues related to the allocation of jurisdiction between the ordinary courts and administrative courts, the possible actions, the debate, the precautonary protection and the effectiveness of administrative judgement.
The study will be charaterized by a constant reference to the administrative jurisprudence and its developments and will focus on the analysis of the new Code of Aministrative Justice (d.lgs. 2 luglio 2010, n. 104)
