Learning outcomes

Far acquisire allo studente in un contesto protetto abilità pratiche relativamente al campionamento di matrici alimentari da destinare all’analisi chimica e microbiologica.

Program

Il programma prevede l’introduzione degli elementi del sistema di campionamento alimenti (strumenti, materiali, ..) ed esercizi sulle tecniche di campionamento di matrici alimentari da sottoporre ad analisi di tipo chimico e microbiologico.

Examination Methods

E’ necessaria la frequenza obbligatoria del 100% del monte ore previsto per il laboratorio.
E' prevista una valutazione del livello di abilità raggiunto dallo studente in laboratorio che attesta la capacità di applicazione nei contesti reali di tirocinio.
